How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm
After Cancellation
- Account - your account remains active but you will not be able to purchase labels beyond the billing cycle
- Wallet Balance - funds remain available if you resubscribe
- Shipping History - past shipments stay in your account
- Account Deletion - inactive accounts are deleted after 6 months; you can also contact us to delete your account at any time
