How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.

After Cancellation

  • Account - your account remains active but you will not be able to purchase labels beyond the billing cycle
  • Wallet Balance - funds remain available if you resubscribe
  • Shipping History - past shipments stay in your account
  • Account Deletion - inactive accounts are deleted after 6 months; you can also contact us to delete your account at any time
