Starting a Pickup
- Go to the Orders page
- Select the orders you want picked up using the checkboxes
- Click the three dots menu
- Select Create New Pickup
Pickup Form
- Select a carrier - choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx (you must have purchased labels with a ship date of today or tomorrow)
- Enter the pickup address - select a saved address or add a new one
- Add instructions - provide details to help the driver find your packages (max 500 characters)
- Set a reference (optional) - add a name or code to identify this pickup
- Choose date and time - select Today or Tomorrow, then set your earliest and latest pickup window
- Generate rates - click Generate Rates to see available options and costs
- Confirm - review details and schedule the pickup
Pickups will not be created if there are no shipments with purchased labels for the selected date.
Carrier Cutoff Times
| Carrier | Cutoff |
|---|---|
| USPS | Same-day pickups must be scheduled before 2:00 AM local time |
| UPS | Requests must be submitted at least 1 business day in advance |
| FedEx | Same-day requests available until 7:00 PM local time |
Managing Pickups
From the Pickups section in your dashboard, you can:- View scheduled, completed, and canceled pickups
- Track pickup status and confirmation
Editing a Pickup
You can modify a pickup before the carrier cutoff time:- Change the date or time window
- Update package counts and total weight
- Adjust driver instructions
- Update contact details
Canceling a Pickup
Cancel pickups from the dashboard before the cutoff time. Refunds for pickup fees (if applicable) follow the carrier’s rules. Canceled pickups remain in your history for reference.Tips
- Provide clear instructions (e.g., “loading dock at rear of building”)
- Use accurate package counts and total weight
- Schedule in advance when possible to ensure availability
