Adding a Parcel

  1. Go to Settings > Saved Parcels
  2. Click Add New Parcel
  3. Enter: name (e.g., “12x9x4 Mailer”), dimensions (L x W x H in inches), default weight (optional)
  4. Click Save
Carriers rate packages using exterior dimensions. Always measure the outside of the box.

Using Saved Parcels

When creating a shipping label, click Saved Parcels in the parcel section and select a template. Dimensions (and default weight, if set) auto-populate.

Editing and Deleting

  • Go to Settings > Saved Parcels
  • Click Edit to update dimensions, or Delete to remove a template

Tips

  • Use clear names with dimensions (e.g., 12x9x4 Mailer, 6x4x3 Small Box)
  • Only save sizes you actually stock
  • Update templates if you change box suppliers
  • If rates look incorrect, re-measure the box and confirm dimensions
If you add or change parcel sizes and use order-based rates, you will need to regenerate your rates to keep checkout pricing accurate.
