Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet
- Click Setup Wallet
- Select Add Payment Method
- Enter card or bank details and confirm
Auto-Funding
Set up automatic wallet reloads so you never run out of funds:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Open Wallet Settings
- Click Adjust Settings
- Set your trigger threshold (when to reload) and reload amount (how much to add)
One-Time Funding
Add funds manually:- Go to Billing > Add Funds
- Select One-Time Funding
- Choose your payment method and amount
- Click Checkout
Rules
- The top-up amount must exceed your current balance
- You cannot fund while a bank transfer is pending
- Wait at least 5 minutes before retrying a failed payment
- Maximum single transaction: $100,000
