How to Create a Label

  1. Enter shipment details
    • From address - defaults from your account settings; you can select any saved address
    • To address - recipient’s full details (name, street, city, state, ZIP, phone)
  2. Select package type
    • Use custom dimensions (L x W x H + weight)
    • Choose carrier-provided packaging (e.g., USPS Priority Mail boxes)
    • Or select from your saved parcel sizes
  3. Choose a shipping service
    • Compare USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates side by side
    • Review delivery times and pricing
    • Add insurance, delivery confirmation, or signature requirements if needed
  4. Purchase the label
    • Review the shipment details and cost breakdown
    • Purchase with one click using wallet funds
    • A tracking number is assigned immediately
  5. Print and ship
    • Download the PDF label
    • Attach it securely to the package (remove or cover old labels)
    • Schedule a pickup or drop off at a carrier location

Label Statuses

StatusMeaning
DraftLabel created but not purchased. Rates visible, no tracking number.
PurchasedTracking number assigned. Ready to print and ship.
In TransitCarrier has the package and is delivering it.
DeliveredPackage delivered to the recipient.

Labels Page

From the Labels page you can:
  • Search and filter by tracking number, status, or recipient
  • Sort by creation date, carrier, or delivery status
  • Perform bulk actions (purchase or void multiple labels)
  • View carrier, tracking, and timestamp details

Troubleshooting

Address validation errors - verify that city, state, and ZIP match; some carriers restrict PO Box delivery Rate issues - not all services are available in every ZIP code; weekend or special delivery may have limited availability Printing problems - set your printer to “Actual Size” (100%); labels can be re-downloaded anytime from the Labels page
