Refunds may be issued if:- Your account is in good standing (no outstanding disputes or charges)
- You have no pending or active shipments tied to the balance
- The funds are unused and available in your wallet
How to Request

- Include your account email, the refund amount (partial or full), and any relevant transaction details

Restrictions
- Refunds cannot be processed while shipments are in transit
- Carrier or billing holds may delay processing
- Refunds are returned to the original card or bank account only
