What Voiding Does

  • Cancels the shipping transaction
  • Invalidates the tracking number
  • Requests a refund from the carrier (if eligible)
  • Refunds the amount to your wallet

Eligibility

A label can be voided if it has not been scanned by the carrier and is within 24 hours of purchase.
Once a label has been scanned by the carrier, it cannot be voided.

How to Void

  1. Go to Labels in the sidebar
  2. Find the label you want to void
  3. Click the three dots under Actions
  4. Select Void Label
  5. Review the eligibility message and confirm
If the label is not eligible, you’ll see a message explaining why.

Refunds

  • All refunds go to your wallet
  • Typically processed within minutes, but can take up to 24 hours
  • Wallet funds can be used for future label purchases

Tips

  • Void unused labels as soon as you know they won’t be used
  • Double-check addresses and package details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary voids
  • On busy shipping days, review your Labels list at end of day for unused labels
