Adding an Address

  1. Go to Settings > Saved Addresses
  2. Click Add New Address
  3. Enter the details: name, company (optional), street, city, state, ZIP, country, phone (optional)
  4. Add a label for quick reference (e.g., “Office”, “Warehouse”)
  5. Click Save Address

Using Saved Addresses

When creating a shipping label, click Saved Addresses in the recipient section and select from your list. The address auto-fills into the form.

Editing and Deleting

  • Go to Settings > Saved Addresses
  • Click Edit to update details, or Delete to remove an address
SimpliSent validates saved addresses for correct formatting, valid postal codes, and deliverability.
