What is a Shipping Representative?
The person or business responsible for a shipment. This information is required on customs forms, and some carriers will not process international shipments without it.How to Set Up
- Go to Settings > Account Settings > Shipping Representative
- Enter the required details:
- Business name
- Full legal name
- Phone number and email
- Street address, city, state, ZIP, country
- Tax or identification numbers (if applicable)
- Save
